Lately, I started creating a recurring reminder to go through those things and spend a few minutes cleaning up and organizing.
At first, it felt like it would take forever, but a few weeks later now I cleaned up Gigabytes of my cloud usage, and have a lot easier time locating things and taking care of small tasks.
